Helpful tips parents need to know to get their kids off to the right start for their testing week!
- Get a good healthy dinner the night before the test.
- Go to bed on time.
- Eat a healthy breakfast in the morning.
- Bring a snack to school just incase your child gets a case of the hungries.
- If your teacher/school will allow: chew gum or suck on a peppermint. It helps with focusing.
