2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup 7-up
1/4 cup melted butter
Direction:
*Preheat oven to 450.
*Mix sour cream into biscuit mix
*Add 7-Up.
* Melt 1/4 cup butter in a 9 inch square pan.
~Makes a very soft dough and sticky.
*Sprinkle extra Bisquick mix on board or table, and your hands and pat dough out to about the size of the pan and cut 9 biscuits.
*Place cut biscuits in pan, they might not fit perfectly, but just squish.
*Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
SO good and picky husband approved!
