Chocolate Cake Cookies

Found this great recipe. It's so easy and so quick, you have to try them!


CHOCOLATE CAKE COOKIES

1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil (I prefer olive oil)
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes. Yield: About 3 dozen cookies.

Have you ever heard of Martin +OSA? I love this clothing company. I just discovered them last Monday when I went to the mall. Their clothes are so nice and are no more or less than other shops. They also have GREAT sales. I bought a grey sweater with buttons down the cuffs and a cute red tank top for $15!

StaceyBug Creations

I've been busy spending my Sunday working on "Love Notes" that will be inserted into the Save The Date Magnets for my friends wedding. She made it clear that she wanted to Work and Pay me as StaceyBug Creations rather than having me just make them (which I offered) to since I helped her make the STDs.

I am also decorating the envelopes that both the Love Notes and STDs will be in. It's turning out rather nicely if I do say so myself!

I love Monday Holidays.

Happy 200th Birthday to former President Lincoln... the reason I have today off of work. I think I will treat myself to a little road trip to Westfield Valley Fair Mall in San Jose.

Westfield Valley Fair

Tomorrow I'm going to Westfield Valley Fair Mall (in San Jose)! I won't end up at Great America with my new Navi! YAY! I have been wanting to go back to that mall for a very long time and now is my chance since I don't have to work tomorrow.

I REALLY want to go check out Santana Row (google it... it's like the first hit). It's a HUGE outdoor mall and they just got a Pink Berry. I'm saving that trip for anyone who wants to come up here and visit!

So busy

On top of teaching 21 2nd graders, (which is a never ending job... if you're a teacher you know what I mean) I have been busy over at StaceyBug Creations as well. We have 2 weddings we are working on, making Save the Dates and love notes to go inside. It's so much fun and I am so grateful to have wonderful customers who keep coming back even with today economy.
